Tennis Training Session After School

I have most of my tennis training after school.

My Mum takes me to Bromley Tennis Club 4 times a week, and there I have one-2-one coaching twice a week. We have a squad for 1.5 hours every day that I’m there, and two of the days that I’m there I have strength and conditioning training in the gym. This is to build up my resilience so that I can play the best tennis I can.

One day a week I go for training during school hours with my Coach, Mike for 2 hours.

I have to be really disciplined because even though I go for tennis training 4 times a week, plus the time that I go during school hours, I do have to make sure I do my homework, so I set aside for this.

My Mum is Czech, so I also attend an online Czech school to learn the language and the history.

People sometimes ask me how I fit it all in, but if I work hard enough and plan my time it’s possible. I also know that I have to put in the training if I want to get to play higher ranked tournaments.
