Basic Nutrition for a Young Tennis Player

I like to drink a lot of water for my tennis because I use up a lot of energy and this keeps me hydrated, which is very important. Plus water also helps to control my body temperature.

I also like to use pouches. These are basically mashed up fruit to give me extra energy because I can train and play for long hours.

One of my foods to have is bananas which are packed with vitamins and minerals.

As for food, I like to eat chicken and rice. This is a good meal to have frequently as it gives me healthy carbohydrates and a great source of protein.
